Australian Privacy Principles
The Australian Privacy Principles established by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) apply to 247 DONE Pty Ltd.


Your personal information
Your personal information will only be collected by 247 DONE for its own use. 247 DONE will not collect any information of a personal nature unless it is necessary for the performance of our core duties and responsibilities.

Any personal information that you submit to 247 DONE through our website, email or in person will only be used for the following purposes:

  • Personal information submitted and obtained from a Person and other sources in connection with Services required.

  • Address of property that requires the service.

  • Personal information such as Telephone Number, account details and any other contact details.

  • Work Quality Evaluation Assessments.

  • Information the required service.

  • Information submitted and obtained in relation to work to be undertaken including, drawings, Photographs.

  • Any test or assessment that you might be required to issue to us.

  • Our management of any complaint, inquiry or investigation in which you are involved.

  • Any insurance claim or proposal that requires disclosure of your personal or sensitive information.

believes you will find to be valuable.

From time to time, we may also use the information to send you information about us, our related companies and possibly about third parties (we will send such information directly to you - your information will not be provided to third parties without your consent).


Confidentiality of Personal Information
247 DONE recognises that information related to your job search is highly personal and sensitive. You may choose to send or store personal information with 247 DONE. This could include Services request, quote or any other medium sent directly via email, message, phone call to 247 DONE, or making your information available for searching by 247 DONE staff. 247 DONE will not sell, trade, rent, lend or give your personal information to others without your prior authorisation.


Disclosure of personal information
Sensitive information in accordance with clause 10 of the Australian Privacy Act 1988 can, in most cases, only be disclosed with your consent.

To facilitate our efficient use of your information, and to provide you with the best services, it may sometimes be necessary for 247 DONE to disclose your information to third parties. However, this disclosure will only occur in the following circumstances:

  • To our Employees, Contractors and Agents
    From time to time we may engage or employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples may include IT contractors associated with managing 247 DONE IT business activities. Such parties will have access to only that personal information required by them to perform their functions and may not use such information for any other purposes.

  • Where required by Law certain circumstances we may be required by law to disclose your personal information, for example, where disclosure is ordered by a Court, or subpoenaed in relation to third party litigation. We also reserve the right to choose to disclose your information to law enforcement agencies in circumstances described in the Australian Privacy Principles and other applicable laws and regulations, including for the purpose of investigating alleged contraventions of the law.

  • With your Consent other than as outlined above, we will endeavour to provide you with notice (which may occur via your nominated e-mail) when we wish to provide personal information about you to third parties and provide you with the opportunity to choose not to share that information.

  • Potential and actual employers and clients of 247 DONE.

  • Our insurers

  • A professional association or registration body that has a proper interest in the disclosure of your personal and sensitive information.

  • A Workers Compensation body

  • Any person with a lawful entitlement to obtain the information.

HOW SECURE IS YOUR INFORMATION?
Your information is stored in a secure Cloud system. We attempt to keep our server secure and free from unauthorised access and use. Unfortunately, no server on the Internet or any data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Despite our best efforts to keep our server and transmissions to and from our server secure, we are unable to absolutely guarantee security and there will always be a risk of unauthorised access to your information. Although we will take all reasonable steps to keep secure any information that we hold about you, we will not be held responsible for events arising from unauthorised access to such information.


Access
Subject to some exceptions set out in Australian Privacy Principles, you can gain access to the personal information that 247 DONE holds about you.

If you wish to obtain access to your personal information you should contact Director on +61 8 9215 6250. Please note you will be required to provide photo proof of identity to obtain access to any personal records.

247 DONE will endeavour to supply information in a timely matter however you should be aware that there may be a time delay in processing your request if there is a need to retrieve information from storage or gain legal advice on what information can be provided.
